- Urad dal 20gm
- Rice 40
- Soya 60gm
- Ghee 10gm
Soak Urad dal and Rice overnight.
Make a batter of Dal and Rice.
Boil Soya, drain its water then grind it.
Add masala and salt as per your choice and made small balls.
Put these soya balls in the batter.
Put it in Appe pan with the batter.
Roast it from both sides.
Serve it hot with tomato and coriander chutney.
