Ingredients for Soya & Wheat flour parathas
- › Deffated Soya Flour - 45 gms
- › Wheat flour - 45 gms
- › Ghee - 10 gms
- › Methi leaves (dry/fresh) - 1/2 cup
- › Carom seeds & Salt - to taste
- › Isabghol - 1 heaped spoon
- › Warm water as required
Method
1. Form soft dough using all the ingredients except the ghee. This is enough dough for 2 big parathas.
2. Roll & Fry in the ghee. Served with Curd, Chutney & Salad.
