Soya & Wheat flour parathas
- Deffated Soya Flour - 45 gms
- Wheat flour - 45 gms
- Ghee - 10 gms
- Methi leaves (dry/fresh) - 1/2 cup
- Carom seeds & Salt - to taste
- Isabghol - 1 heaped spoon
- Warm water as required
Form soft dough using all the ingredients except the ghee. This is enough dough for 2 big parathas.
Roll & Fry in the ghee. Served with Curd, Chutney & Salad.
