Ingredients for Soya and Veg Maggi
- › Maggi - 1 pkt
- › Mix Veg - 50 gms
- › Capsicum - 50 gms
- › Soya nuggets- 40 gms
- › Onion, Tomato - 20 gms each
- › Oil - 3 gms
1. Heat oil in pan and saute onion and tomato.
2. Add spices and maggi masala to it.
3. Add vegetables, water and soaked soya and let it cook for 10 minutes.
4. Now add maggie noodles to it.
5. cook until done and keep the consistency as per your choice.
6. Enjoy !!!
