Soya & Raw Protein YUMMY Shake
- Raw Whey - 20 gm
- milk -150 ml
- Peanut butter (I have used all natural) -35 gm
- soya chunks- 15 gm
- Yellaki Banana -45 gm
Take soya chunks in a mixer jar and grind it to make fine powder.
Take all the ingredients mentioned above in mixer jar and blend it nice and smooth !
add ice cubes or chill in refrigerator for enhanced taste.
