How to make Soya and paneer frankie

Step-1

First to make the filling, sauté paneer and soya with 8g of butter

Step-2

Keeping that aside, then sauté your veggies and some tomato purée to form a paste like consistency

Step-3

Make one tortilla or roti on the tawa

Step-4

Place the tortilla on a plate and add 1tbsp of Mayo

Step-5

Then add the soya, paneer and veggies filling that you made

Step-6

Top it with a little bit of cheese if you would like

Wrap the tortilla and tuck the ends properly. Wrap this in foil and enjoy your meal!!
