soya granules/chunks 40 gms potato 100 gm spices of your choice ( preferred :salt, chilli powder, ajwain and jeera powder)

Step-1
Slice and boil the potatoes with some salt and wash it with cold water,
In a blender take soya granules with spices and blend it to fine powder ,after this add boiled potatoes and blend it again. This will give you pliable dough.
Roll the chapattis using plastic sheet or aluminium foil and roast on a pan.
this gave me two soft chapatis.
