How to make Soya Aloo Cutlets

Step-1

Soak the soya in hot water. Drain the water and use a grinder to make a paste once it cools down

Step-2

Boil potatoes 🥔 and mash them well. Add chopped green chillies 🌶, salt 🧂 , dhaniya and Kasturi methi

Step-3

In a pan, heal oil. Then add chopped onion, ginger and garlic grated and lastly add the boiled mashed potato and then the soya paste and cook well

Step-4

Allow this to cool down and then make small cutlets.

Step-5

Dip each cutlet in egg wash, followed by bread crumbs

Step-6

Heart oil in a kadhai and fry the cutlets

Step-7

Serve the cutlets hot
