Ingredients for soya aata mathari
- › soya chunks flour 70gm
- › aashirvaad multigrain aata 70gm
- › ghee 8 gm
Method
1. mix soya flour and aata and add some carrom seeds ,salt,chilli powder+add 5gm ghee
2. knead a dough little hard than regular dough
3. give rest for 15 mins
4. make liitle balls and press them in between palm
5. and now pork them from both side
6. Greece the baking tray
7. put these balls on baking tray and spray 3 gm ghee on both side of these unbaked matharis.
8. preheat microwave at 180°c for 5 mins on convection mode
9. put tray in microwave on same convention mode for more 25 mins
10. then use slim fry mode for 15 mins and let these cool down
