Ingredients for soya aaloo paratha
- › Soya chunks 30 gm
- › Wheat flour 30 gm
- › Potatato 50 gm
- › Curd 50 gm
- › Salt , ajwaiyn, green chili
Method
1. Grind soya chunks make powder of it Add wheat flour to soya chunks Add salt ajwaiyn Knead a normal dough Crumble boiled potatoes add salt green chillies into it Role dough into roti Stuff potato in it Fry on iron tawa Eat with curd and dhaniya chutney
