- Soya chunks - 50gm
- Greek yogurt- 100gm
- Cocoa powder - 5gm
- Coconut oil - 5gm
- Zero calorie sweetener- as per the taste
- Almonds - 2gm
- Chocolate chips - 5gm
Add oil to the pan, heat it slightly, then add soya chunks and sauté it until it turns crisp. Keep rolling so that it doesn’t get burned.
Let the chunks cool down, afterwards grind it in the mixture to get the crumbles. Pulse it once or twice not more.
In a bowl, add yogurt, sweetener and cocoa powder and mix it well.
In a plate or mould, make the layer of crumbles, top it with yogurt mix and finally, decorate it with chocolate chips and almond slits. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve chill😋
