Ingredients for Soy Halwa
- › soy granules - 40grams
- › sooji - 20grams
- › ghee - 5 grams
- › seeds/nuts for garnish
Method
1. grind soy granules to powder, in pan add ghee, grinded soy and sooji, roast in ghee, in seperate pot boil water with stevia, add stevua water in soy and cook till halwa is ready, garnish with nuts
