Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listsoya chunks (35gm)
  • Recipe Ingredients listshredded beetroot (50gm)
  • Recipe Ingredients listwheat flour (30gm)
  • Recipe Ingredients listlime juice (5ml)
  • Recipe Ingredients listspices of ur choice. I ve used (jeera powder, pepper, salt, shredded ginger, green chilli)
  • Recipe Ingredients list8gm coconut oil

Direction

Step-1

✡bring water to rolling boil and turn off ✡cover and soak soya chunks in water for 10mins

Step-2

✡ squeeeze water completely from soya chunks and add to mixer jar

Step-3

✡add wheat and give a quick pulse

Step-4

✡add all spice and the soy and wheat mix together

Step-5

✡add shredded beetroot and make tikkis

Step-6

✡heat skillet and place tikkis, drizzle oil and flip sides as and when needed

Step-7

✡tastes yum when served with cashew(15gm) + peanut(10gm) + red chilli(1) dip (147kcal) and curd (100gm - 81kcal)
