Chicken breast, boneless, skinless: 460 gm
Romaine lettuce: 240 gm
Tomato: 240 gm
Red onion: 150 gm
Avocado: 150 gm
Light sour cream: 60 gm
Light mayonnaise: 60 gm
Salsa: 50 gm
Salt and pepper: To taste
Hot sauce(optional): 1 tbspn
Cilantro, fresh, chopped: 30 gm
Pre-heat your electric table top grill. Salt and pepper the chicken and place it on the grill. Set a timer for minutes.
Tear up the lettuce and arrange it on four plates. Arrange the tomatoes, onion and avocado slices artfully around the lettuce.
Mix together the sour cream, mayo and salsa, plus a short of hot sauce(if you like it spicy). Set this aside.
Once the chicken is done, put it on your cutting board, slice it up and divide it among four salads. Spoon the dressing over the top. Scatter two tablespoons of cilantro over each serving and you are done!
