Ingredients for sorghum protein crackers
- › 25gm sorghum flour(jowar)
- › 25gm soy flour
- › 5gm oil
- › Spices as per your taste
- › Baking soda optional, boiled beet root and paste it(optional)

Method
1. Mix everything together and make a dough
2. Roll it flat and cut into pieces
3. Preheat oven to 180degree Celsius And bake it for 15-20min
