- Sooji - 20 Grams
- Curd - 20 Grams
- Butter - 4 Grams
- Spices - Salt, Red Chilli Powder
- Bread - 2 Piece
- Veggies - As per your choice, I just add onion and tomato
Mix sooji and curd, add water to and make sure consistency is thick.
Add salt and red chilli powder and chopped veggies.
Now apply this paste on bread slice.
On a tawa apply butter and toast the bread until it is crisp fro. both the sides.
Enjoy it with green chutney or ketchup 😋
