Sooji - 50 Grams
Curd - 50 Grams
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Oil - 4 Grams
Spices - Salt, Red Chilli Powder
Pinch of baking soda

Step-1
Mix sooji and curd, add water to adjust consistency.
Step-2
Add salt and keep it aside for 10 mins.
Step-3
Now add pinch of baking soda and mix it well.
Step-4
Pour it in oils greased plate.
Step-5
Steam for 15 mins in steamer.
Step-6
Now heat oil in tadka pan, add mustard and seasame seeds, curry leaves, green chilli and pour it over dhokhla
Step-7
Sprinkle red chilli powder.
Step-8
Cut in square shape and enjoy 😋.
