How to make sooji chilla

Step-1

In a bowl mix suji , curd , salt , red chilli powder, finely chopped onion , tomato , green chilli , and water accordingly to make a loose fine batter.. not thick

Step-2

Leave it for 30 mins.

Step-3

In a non stick pan , grease it with oil

Step-4

Now put batter in pan , cook on low flame for 3-4 mins

Step-5

Flip it and cook for another 3-4 mins

Step-6

If you want to add onion green chilli and tomato After putting batter on pan .., you can do it too.

Step-7

It will make 2 chillas Sufficient for breakfast/snack
