How to make soft yolk eggs
Step-1
Grease 2 microwave safe bowls with oil spray or few drops of oil
Step-2
Break 2 eggs and carefully separate egg whites from yolk . Keep yolks in shells itself and transfer the white in a small blender jar
Step-3
Add salt and pepper as per taste in egg white and blend for 30 seconds
Step-4
The egg white will become frothy , now transfer them equally in greased bowls . Slip the egg yolks in centre of both egg white bowls
Step-5
Microwave for a minute, scrape sides with knife and transfer to your plate by inverting it ( the yolks will appear after inverting
Step-6
Enjoy with toast and greens
