Ingredients for soaked oats
- › Oats 40gm
- › Curd 100gm
- › Any fruit 100gm
- › Almonds 20gm
1. Put oats in a bowl/jar. Add curd over it. Add chopped almonds over it. Cover the jar and keep it over night. In morning add chopped fruit over it and your breakfast is ready. If you want you can add chia seeds, cinnamon powder, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds.
