- › whey protein
- › 2 spoon milk
- › 2-3 dates
- › 1 tsp peanut butter
- › soaked chia seeds
- › roasted flax seeds
- › soaked almonds
Method
1. blend the whey protein, peanut butter, dates, almonds, milk and 1 glass water
2. serve with chia seeds and flax seeds on the top
