  • Recipe Ingredients listSlipper lobster 2 per person
  • Recipe Ingredients listOnions 50 grams chopped fine
  • Recipe Ingredients listGinger garlic grated 10 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listLime juice , Italian seasonings, salt and pepper
  • Recipe Ingredients listOlive oil 5 ml for brushing on top

Direction

Step-1

Preheat oven at 190 degrees for 10 minutes

Step-2

Break the tail of lobster with meat tenderiser or shell cutter scissors ( used for crabs too)

Step-3

Put a slit in tail , in a bowl mix onion, ginger garlic , salt and pepper. Stuff it inside the slit portion

Step-4

Line a baking tray with baking paper , place the lobsters. Now take olive oil, lime juice and Italian seasonings and paprika and mix well in a bowl

Step-5

Brush on top of lobster tails and grill for 20 minutes at 200 degrees
