sleeping pizza😉(soya pizza)
- For Dough soya granules-50g wheat flour -40g salt to taste chilli flakes maggie masala(optional)
- For pizza sauce Tomatoes-100g garlic pods-10g green chilli-1 salt to taste sugar-5g
- For toppings paneer-50g diced veggies(col.capsicum,onion,jalapeno) cheese slices-3 pizza seasoning
prepare a dough by adding all ingredients of it in a bowl and keep aside for 15 min covered.
boil tomatoes, garlic,chilli altogether. blend and sieve. In a pan add the prepared mixture and saute few min till it thickens a bit .Add salt n sugar.let it cool.
prepare a soya chapati on tawa(keep it half cooked on other side).
add pizza sauce on cooked side of roti,add assorted veggies n paneer,seasonings and one cheese slice. Now place this on nonstick or normal tawa and cover with lid and let it bake in low flame for 5 min .
