How to make simplest chicken curry
Step-1
Take 2tbsp curd, put red chilli , kasuti methi, jeeta powder and a little bit garam masala
For chicken put black pepper (if you like) salt turmeric and redchilli powder
Leave them for some time
Step-2
In a cooker put 10gms of oil and put onion , fry for 2 mins add tomatoes add a little water and close lid , after one whistle let the vessel cool down. Add spiced curd and chicken mix well and add water very little again , put to three whistles . Open lid and add salt if required.
Tada quick tasty and rich gravy chicken is ready with less oil 😊
