Ingredients for Simple Tofu Cutlet
- › Potatoes 150gms
- › Tofu 200gms
- › Bread crumbs 20gms
- › Masalas
- › Lemon juice
- › Ghee 10ml
- › Green chilly 1
1. Boil potatoes ,once done peel and mash then. Add bread crumbs , thawed 150gms tofu (scrambeled with hands),one green chilly corrainder leaves lemon juice ,salt ,jeera powder, cumin powder.
2. In a separate pan add 5ml of ghee and add ginger garlic paste, Saute for two min and add this to the mixture.
3. Mash and make cutlets and cook with 5ml ghee on a non stick pan.
