How to make Simple Tofu Cutlet
Step-1
Boil potatoes ,once done peel and mash then.
Add bread crumbs , thawed 150gms tofu (scrambeled with hands),one green chilly corrainder leaves lemon juice ,salt ,jeera powder, cumin powder.
Step-2
In a separate pan add 5ml of ghee and add ginger garlic paste, Saute for two min and add this to the mixture.
Step-3
Mash and make cutlets and cook with 5ml ghee on a non stick pan.
