How to make Simple Prawns Piri Piri
Step-1
For Sauce:
1. Saute onions in the pan with 3gms oil
2. After onions are sauteed ,add garlic cloves , capsicum & add vinegar and cook for 5-7min
3. Switch off the gas add Salt, herbs , lemon, 4 bird eye chillis & sugar.
4. Cool & grind the mixture
Step-2
Add Ghee in the pan (5gms) , add garlic ginger paste and saute till it changes color
Step-3
Coat the prawn with the Piri Piri sauce and add them to the pan. Cook them for 3-4 min on medium flame
Step-4
Remove them and add some more piri piri sauce on top of them and serve them with the carbs in your diet.
