Ingredients for Simple Oats Chilla
- › Oats 40gms
- › Ghee 4gms
- › Onion 5gms
- › Masala
- › Ginger powder
Method
1. Soak Oats in water for one hour
2. Add onion ,corriander leaves, ginger powder & green chilli to the oats mixture
3. Pour 2gms ghee on non stick pan and spread mixture till it's thin and cover with lid. Flip it after a couple of minutes after adding 2gms ghee. Cook till it's light brown on slow flame. Enjoy crisp savoury Oats Chilla
