Ingredients for shrimp and Egg Fajitas
- › Shrimp 350 gram
- › Boiled egg-2
- › Smoked paprika
- › Chilli powder
- › Lemon juice - 4tsp
- › Butter-10grams
- › Bell pepers 250grams
- › Onion-1 medium
- › Green chilli -2
- › Lemon Zest
- › Garlic -5cloves
Method
1. Boil egg and keep it aside.marinate shrimp with lemon ,smoked paprika,chilli powder, lemon juice , lemon zest and set aside for 10 min . And cut bell peppers and onions. Heat pan and add 5 gram butter and sauté shrimp for 5min and keep side and then again add the rest of butter and sauté bell pepers and onion and add the shrimp and egg .Add salt , pepper and lemon juice
