How to make Shredded Chicken Schezwan Rice
Grind tomato, 5 cloves of garlic, half of the ginger, red chilli and 30 g of onion into a Chucky mix
In a panw heat 5 g oil and add finely chopped pieces of remaining garlic and ginger. Let it cook until, garlic turn to golden brown colour.
Add tomato mix, soy sauce, vinegar, sweetener and little bit of salt to the pan. Let it cook for sometime (2-4 min)
Add finely chopped pieces of onion, carrot and capsicum. Let it cook for 1-2 min.
Add shredded chicken and rice to it. Mix it well and add any salt if needed. Let it cook for a min and enjoy of Schezwan chicken rice
