How to make Shredded Chicken Fried Rice
Step-1
Add ghee and finely chopped veggies to a pan and cook on high flame for 5 mins
Step-2
Add Salt,soy sauce,vinegar,Schezwan sauce ,chicken and scrambled egg and cook for 5 mins
Step-3
Add rice and cook for 5 mins
Step-4
Garnish with corainder/basil.
