- 3 whole eggs
- Half cheese cube grated
- 2 gm morninga leave powder (optional)
- 25ml milk
- Tomato 10gm
In a oil greased microven proof baking bowl, add eggs, whisk them well. Add morning powder, milk, grated cheese, tomato.
Mix well for 2-3 mins and season with salt, black pepper, dried oregano and herbs
Preheat oven at 180deg C and then bake for 25mins.
