Ingredients for Shami Kebab
- › 30 gm Paneer
- › 50 gm Rajma
- › 1 Onion
- › 5gm Ghee
- › Spices as per taste
- › Salts as per taste
Method
1. 1. Soak rajma in water and then cook in pressure cooker
2. 2. Mash Rajma and Paneer
3. 3. Add all Masalas and Onion to this
4. 4. Roast on non stick pan
