How to make Shaktimaan Paratha
Step-1
1. Heat oil & add chopped garlic, chilli flakes, chilli & onions. Saute till light brown
Step-2
2. Add Oregano & Piri Piri mix masala
Step-3
3. Add washed & strained soya granules. Garnish with Basil
Step-4
4. Add salt as per taste & allow to cook for 5 mins
Step-5
5. Make chapati dough & fill in the mixture
Step-6
6. Flatten the paratha & roll the paratha. Careful not to break it.
Step-7
7. Cook on tawa with little or no ghee / butter as per your taste & available macros.
