How to make Shahi Paneer

Step-1

add ghee/oil to the pan and sauté onion paste (churn onion in mixer beforehand)

Step-2

when oil separates, add Haldi and red chilly powder

Step-3

add tomato pureé (churned beforehand) and salt

Step-4

mix well till the oil separates

Step-5

add kaju (cashew) paste to the gravy and add water ONLY according to the thickness of gravy you want

Step-6

finally add paneer, garam masala, and kasuri methi

Step-7

garnish with chopped coriander
