How to make Shahi Barfi
Step-1
Roast flaxseed then add seasame seed.
Grind flaxseed and pumpkin seeds almonds .but do not make it in powder form.
Add Ghee into pan.Then add Dates.Saute it untill it becomes slightly paste form.
Then add Grinded mixture of flaxseed pumpkin and almond seed
Mix it together.keep stirring mixture for 5 minutes atleast until it binds all together.
Then apply some ghee on plate.and keep mixture into the plate and tab with bowl as it is hot.
Then slightly just cut it off the barfi.Cut barfi after it cools down completely.
