Semolina moong uttappam
- Semolina- 50 gm
- Moong daal- 50 gm
- Veggies- 100 gm
- Butter- 10 gm
Soak moon daal for an hour and finely chop all the veggies.
Blend moong daal, ginger, semolina, salt and water together and make thin batter.
Add all the chopped veggies in the batter and then pour one scoop onto the pan with butter in it.
Make a few uttappams and enjoy.
