Ingredients for semolina kheer with whey and mango
- › Semolina/ suji/rawa-20 g
- › Ghee -3 g
- › Mango -50 g (some pieces +pulp)
- › Whey (mango / vanilla/raw)- 1 scoop
- › Milk -125 ml + water (125 ml)
- › Cashew or any nuts / dry fruits- optional
Method
1. Brush ghee on nonstick pan and heat it
2. Add semolina and roast it on slow flame till aroma starts coming and colour changes
3. Heat milk and water and add it to semolina carefully
4. Cook it stirring continuously till it thickens to kheer consistency
5. Cool and add mango pulp , whey Mix properly
6. Garnish with mango pieces and nuts / dry fruits
7. Keep in refrigerator and serve chilled Enjoyyyy!!
