How to make semolina kheer with whey and mango

Step-1

Brush ghee on nonstick pan and heat it

Step-2

Add semolina and roast it on slow flame till aroma starts coming and colour changes

Step-3

Heat milk and water and add it to semolina carefully

Step-4

Cook it stirring continuously till it thickens to kheer consistency

Step-5

Cool and add mango pulp , whey Mix properly

Step-6

Garnish with mango pieces and nuts / dry fruits

Step-7

Keep in refrigerator and serve chilled Enjoyyyy!!
