Ingredients for semolina chicken 🐥
- › Chicken : 200 gms
- › Peri peri masala : 2 spoons
- › Salt as per taste
- › Pepper crushed /pepper powder : 1/2 spoon
- › Lemon juice : 1tsp
- › Oil/ghee as per macros
- › Semolina /suji :for coating(use within macros)(i used 15gms )
Method
1. STEPS: 1. Take chicken in a bowl 2 . Marinate with all the spices mentioned( peri peri masala, pepper powder, salt, lemon juice ) 3. Keep it aside / refrigerate for 1/2 -1 hr 4.After 1 hr 5 . Heat pan 6. Grease pan with oil/ghee 7. Take chicken pieces coat all the sides with suji/semolina 10. Fry by changing the sides until chicken is cooked well without burning Semolina chicken is ready😋
