- › Semolina 1 cup
- › Curd half to 1 cup
- › Salt 1 pinch
- › Stevia as per taste
- › Ghee 10gms
- › Mustard seeds
- › Curry leaves
1. Mix the ingredients, pre-heat the pan, add ghee and then add the mixture and cover with lid, check with tooth pick if done, take it out and cut into pieces.
2. Add ghee on pre heated pan and put the pieces.
3. Arrange pieces, once turned golden brown take it out and serve.
