How to make Semiya Whey Payasam
In a pan take ghee and vermicelli and roast it for 2 mins.
And thn add 3/4th glass of water and allow it to boil.
Boil it for 5 mins and thn 3spoon(or as per your taste) erythritol .and turn off the flame.
In a separate jar mix milk and whey together.
Now add this mixture to our prepared semiya. And thn cardamom powder for flavour.
