  • Recipe Ingredients list200g Seafood Marinara mix (deli) - Woolworths or Coles in Australia
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 clove Garlic
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 inch piece raw Ginger
  • Recipe Ingredients list2 small chillies
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 tsp Olive oil
  • Recipe Ingredients listJuice from 1/2 lime
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 handful Coriander leaves
  • Recipe Ingredients listSpinach, cucumber & cherry tomatoes for salad

Direction

Step-1

Finely dice garlic, ginger & chillies

Step-2

Heat up frypan and add olive oil

Step-3

Cook the garlic, ginger & chillies in the oil for about a minute

Step-4

Add the seafood and cook for 6-7mins until slightly brown, stirring regularly

Step-5

Add the coriander leaves & lime juice and turn on low for another 2 mins to let the flavours develop further

Step-6

Prepare the salad on the plate first, then add the marinara mix on top

Step-7

1 serve, multiply the quantities for additional servings
