Ingredients for scrumbled egg cheese sandwich
- › whole eggs
- › cheese cube
- › chilli flakes
- › salt
- › coriander leaves
- › oregano
- › ghee/butter
Method
1. heat the pan and add 5gm ghee add 2 whole eggs and whisk together add 1 cheese cube , chilli flakes, salt , and oregano. mix them well and At last add some finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.
2. now take two brwon bread slices and brush with some ghee/ butter
3. fill with scrumbled egg and cook for few minutes.
