How to make scrumbled egg cheese sandwich

Step-1

heat the pan and add 5gm ghee add 2 whole eggs and whisk together add 1 cheese cube , chilli flakes, salt , and oregano. mix them well and At last add some finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.

Step-2

now take two brwon bread slices and brush with some ghee/ butter

Step-3

fill with scrumbled egg and cook for few minutes.
