Ingredients for Scrambled eggs with spinach
- › 4 whole eggs
- › 100 gm spinach leaves
- › 1 tbsp/15 gm extra virgin olive oil
Method
1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a non stick pan. Cook spinach for 1-2 mins until they are soft. Add beaten eggs and cook to your liking. season with salt and chilli flakes. DONE!
