How to make scrambled eggs in a basket
Step-1
Using a rolling pin flatten the bread and cut in equal halves
Step-2
Place the cut slices in a muffin tray , press gently and bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees

Cut the tomatoes in two equal halves and scoop out the pulp
Step-4
Toast them in open flame for 10 seconds

Heat a non stick or cast iron pan

Grease slightly with butter

Now in a bowl take eggs , salt , pepper and milk

Whisk everything very well

Now pour it in pan
Step-10
Keep folding the eggs every 6-7 seconds

Once it all comes together then place them in tomato cups

Put the tomato cups in bread bowls and serve hot
