Scrambled Egg toast
- Eggs- 2
- Bread slice- 24gm
- Butter- 5gm
- Milk low fat- 50ml
- Herbs, salt, black pepper powder
In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together adding salt until you get the nice foam.
Brush the pan with butter and slowly pour the mixture in the center.
Make sure to cook on low flame and as you see sides forming up scraple from sides to the center using spatula. It will again leave the liquid egg mixture to the sides.
Do the above process until the mixture is cooked.
Toast the bread and top it scrambled eggs. Top it with herbs, oregano or black pepper powder. Enjoy!
