Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listSoya chunks - 50gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listSchezwan Chutney (Homemade) - 2 tbsp (40 calories approx which is equivalent to Ching's schezwan chutney)
  • Recipe Ingredients listonion - 10gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listtomato - 10gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listBeet root - 10gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listSpinach - 70 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listCoriander leaves

Direction

Step-1

In a pan, add schezwan chutney, chopped onion, tomato and beetroot and water and let it saute for sometime

Step-2

Meanwhile, wash the soya chunks and drain out the excess water

Step-3

Clean and chop spinach as well and add to the pan. Add salt if required. I have added one stevia tab to get little sweet taste.

Step-4

Add soya chunks and half cup water to let it cook for 10 minutes

Step-5

Garnish it with coriander leaves.!
