- Soya chunks - 50gm
- Schezwan Chutney (Homemade) - 2 tbsp (40 calories approx which is equivalent to Ching's schezwan chutney)
- onion - 10gm
- tomato - 10gm
- Beet root - 10gm
- Spinach - 70 gm
- Coriander leaves
In a pan, add schezwan chutney, chopped onion, tomato and beetroot and water and let it saute for sometime
Meanwhile, wash the soya chunks and drain out the excess water
Clean and chop spinach as well and add to the pan. Add salt if required. I have added one stevia tab to get little sweet taste.
Add soya chunks and half cup water to let it cook for 10 minutes
Garnish it with coriander leaves.!
