Soya chunks - 50gm
Schezwan Chutney (Homemade) - 2 tbsp (40 calories approx which is equivalent to Ching's schezwan chutney)
onion - 10gm
tomato - 10gm
Beet root - 10gm
Spinach - 70 gm
Coriander leaves

Step-1
In a pan, add schezwan chutney, chopped onion, tomato and beetroot and water and let it saute for sometime
Step-2
Meanwhile, wash the soya chunks and drain out the excess water
Step-3
Clean and chop spinach as well and add to the pan. Add salt if required. I have added one stevia tab to get little sweet taste.
Step-4
Add soya chunks and half cup water to let it cook for 10 minutes
Step-5
Garnish it with coriander leaves.!
