Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listonion - 50 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listde-seeded tomato - 50 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listmushrooms - 100 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listbell peppers - 50 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listrice - 50 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listschezwan sauce - 15 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listsoy sauce - 10 ml
  • Recipe Ingredients listsalt and black pepper as per taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listoil - 5 ml

Direction

Step-1

add some oil in the wok, throw in some finely chopped onions in it and then sautéed it till they turn golden brown.

Step-2

Add the rest of the finely chopped vegetables in it and stir it on high flame for about 5 mins till they become al denté.

Step-3

In the meantime, on a separate burner put some water to boil for the rice.

Step-4

Once the rice are done, strain and mix them with the vegetables

Step-5

add some soy sauce, schezwan sauce and give a good mix.

Step-6

add salt and black pepper to taste.
