schezwan fried rice
- onion - 50 gms
- de-seeded tomato - 50 gms
- mushrooms - 100 gms
- bell peppers - 50 gms
- rice - 50 gms
- schezwan sauce - 15 gms
- soy sauce - 10 ml
- salt and black pepper as per taste
- oil - 5 ml
add some oil in the wok, throw in some finely chopped onions in it and then sautéed it till they turn golden brown.
Add the rest of the finely chopped vegetables in it and stir it on high flame for about 5 mins till they become al denté.
In the meantime, on a separate burner put some water to boil for the rice.
Once the rice are done, strain and mix them with the vegetables
add some soy sauce, schezwan sauce and give a good mix.
add salt and black pepper to taste.
